An opportunity to work with us.
Now in its fifth year, D-Lux Festival of Light-Based Art brings warmth, light and curiosity into Dumfries town centre at the darkest time of the year, where artists explore new ways of illuminating our town and engage the local population to use and enjoy the historic High Street area after dark.
This year, to comply with COVID-19 restrictions that prevent mass gatherings, we will be running a series of standalone Public Intervention Projects to be displayed in Dumfries town centre over a period of 6-8 months, developing artworks, content, working methods and skills in preparation for the return of a full D-Lux Festival in 2022.
